Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • For orders under $250, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited and express shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Exchanges & Store-Credit Refunds (Domestic)

  • Orders in new, unworn condition are eligible for exchanges or store-credit refunds within 7 days of receiving your order or in-store purchases.

  • Free return shipping is provided for domestic exchanges.

  • For store-credit refunds, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your credit amount.

  • Please note: Once an exchange has been completed, the original order may no longer qualify for further exchanges or store-credit refunds.

  • On-sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

  • Any items sent back in worn, damaged, or altered condition will be denied.

  • To request an exchange or store-credit refund, please contact us at support@nomaintenance.us. Our team will review and help provide the next steps.


International Shipping

  • International shipping rates are based on your location and the weight of your order. These costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. 

  • Please note: No Maintenance is not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times.

International Exchanges & Store-Credit Refunds

  • Orders in new, unworn condition may be set up for an exchange or store-credit refund within 7 days of delivery.

  • At this time, we are unable to provide free return labels for international orders. However, if you would like to proceed with an exchange or store-credit return, please send item(s) back to:

  • No Maintenance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Claims for missing deliveries must be filed directly with the carrier.
